Recipes 320-326

Recipe #320: Spinach and Artichoke Mac and Cheese from DamnDelicious

Starting with a box of white cheddar mac and cheese makes this recipe super easy and quick to make. I thought it was a little heavy on the canned artichoke, as it added a lot of vinegar flavor. Not my favorite mac and cheese, but a good attempt.

Recipe #321: Oreo Cheesecake Cookies from BakerByNature:

Yummmmm! Oreo, cheesecake, and cookies combined together in one simple and amazing cookie. I brought it to a party and they were a big hit! Plus, they were a big hit with the husband, too... which is always a win.

If you love garlic, bacon, beer, mac and cheese, and overall delicious recipes, than this is for you. If you love clean kitchens and hate doing dishes, this recipe is not for you. I think this is the first time I have ever used all 4 burners at once, and my sink was as full as my belly at the end of the night. The pasta was delicious though, and I loved the ingredients!

Recipe #326: Crockpot Parmesan Ranch Mushrooms from

I made these mushrooms and ate half of them plain in a bowl as a snack. They were easy to make in the crockpot (though awkward timing with 4 hours, and only possible on a weekend), and I look forward to eating the other half in a meal (quesadilla? pasta? endless possibilities).
